Brands that are more experienced create innovative mobile messaging campaigns with MMS to send customers highly engaging GIFs, images of their products, or video advertisements. Many companies embrace the simplicity and effectiveness of text message marketing. Despite the roaring success of these campaigns, some marketers don’t see text messaging as sexy enough, or have trouble understanding how to measure the ROI for SMS campaigns.
