In this video, Katie is invited to receive a free make up consultation from a brand she is subscribed to. Katie is able to schedule her appointment directly from a list of suggested times, without having to leave the messaging environment.
Feedback Opportunity with RCS
In this video, Hillary is prompted to give feedback on a recent purchase in exchange for a coupon. Hillary is presented with a list of suggested responses and emojis to help her through the process easily.
Checking with the Bank with RCS
In this video, Jake is able to check his current bank balance and review his latest transactions, without having to visit the banks website or app.
